How does the Relay Work?
- Teams will be made up of 2-5 runners
- Each runner must complete at least one (1) 10km loop
- Each runner will “high five” their next relay member to begin their lap after crossing the timing mat, no runner swaps are permitted through a partial lap.
- Only one member of the team on the course at a time
- Each team will have 28 hours (8am – 12pm Sunday) to complete the full 100km.
- Each team member will receive a t-shirt, with their team name on it and a race medal upon completion of the 100km
- Only the team captain needs to register and edits to team members can be made up to 2 weeks prior to race date. T-shirt sizes deadline will be given to teams closer to the event
- Team captains will be contacted closer to race date with more details

Mansfield Outdoor Centre Directions
937365 Airport Rd, Township Of Mulmur, ON L9V 3T6
Our wonderful hosting location is Mansfield Outdoor Centre, in Mulmur. Washrooms are in front of the barn (porta-loos just for our event!) and additional ones are located in the back of the main lodge (please consider the porta-potties first however to preserve the septic system). Parking should occur in rows parallel to the lodge, we will have volunteers helping organize as you arrive.
Check out camping at the top of the page if you’re staying over night with the 100 Miler, 100K Solo or Relay.
We put a lot of effort into planning our events, so please be aware of the following policies:
Deferrals
You may defer your entry until 11:59pm April 15th, 2027 to the Great Mansfield 2028. After that date, you may transfer your bib to another person until May 15, 2027.
Transfers
You may transfer your bib to another person until May 15, 2027.
Refunds
Life happens, and we’re happy to issue you a 100% value race credit towards a future North of 89 event up to 11:59pm April 15th, 2027. You can spend this refund by reaching out to us for a code that you can apply to another event for the value of your purchase. We work very hard on our events and purchase swag sometimes months in advance so please consider your participation carefully as cash refunds will not be issued.
Parking at Mansfield Outdoors is free, follow the rows that run parallel to the markers facing the lodge, and rows can continue out onto the lawn.
Please do not park along the barn, this is reserved for breweries and volunteers.
Details coming in 2027.
Aid Station 1/5 will be the official drop area for racer bags in the 100 Miler, 100k Solo/50k only. 100 Milers & 100k runners will have their own tent. Make sure your bag has identification on it (we want to be sure you take it with you at the end!).

All Courses:
- Start and finish at Mansfield Outdoors Centre
- Have aid stations both self-serve and full-serve throughout
- Will have flags matching your course colour (Pink for 100 Miler, 100k Solo, 25k & 50k, Yellow for 100k Relay and 10k, Orange for 5k)
- Are CUPLESS – Leave no trace, bring your own cup!
- Will not match your watch for distance! We’ve used both bike wheel sensor AND footpod to track distance more than once. We’ve extended the distances slightly based on best course fit, and closest match to what we hope will show up on the widest variety of devices on race day, but we do not guarantee a perfect course distance – this is trail running. Everyone is running the same course, no complaints.
- Are full of roots. Exercise caution. In case of rain, we strongly recommend trail shoes for grip.
- BRAND NEW COURSE FOR 2027!
Details to come in 2027.
In front of the barn at the Mansfield Outdoor Centre will be four shiny newly cleaned port-a-potties. Please use these first before the bathrooms in the lodge as the septic system is sensitive. More details to come in 2027.
First aid will be at the start/finish. We hope you don’t need us, but we’re here if you do!
Details to come in 2027.
In the event of rain everything will proceed as planned. A little mud is good for the soul.
