This is a CUP-FREE event! Please bring your own – leave no trace!

All Courses:

  • Start and finish at Mansfield Outdoors Centre
  • Have aid stations both self-serve and full-serve throughout
  • Will have flags matching your course colour
  • Are CUPLESS – Leave no trace, bring your own cup!
  • Will vary in mileage! We’ve used both bike wheel sensor AND footpod to track distance this year, calibrated via straight flat road. We’ve extended the distances slightly based on best course fit, and closest match to what we hope will show up on the widest variety of devices on race day, but we can’t guarantee a perfect course distance. Everyone is running the same course, no complaints.
  • Are full of roots – and unless we get rain before race day, will be more loose than normal. Exercise caution. In case of rain, we strongly recommend trail shoes for grip.
  • We’re finalizing individual distance courses now until race day, but they will be very close to the 2023 courses

Full serve aid stations are located at the Start/Finish line, the Inner Loop junction (all distances), the bottom of the Wheel Hill at the Mulmur Tosorontio townline, and the Upper Parking Lot of the Dufferin County Forest Main Tract (25k and 50k only). These stations will have water, electrolytes, cookies, pretzels and fruit. We’re extremely grateful to our volunteers who will be there to help you throughout your race!

Self serve water-only stations will be located in between each aid station. The maximum distance between aid stations on the 25k loop is 4.5km. ALL AID STATIONS ARE CUPLESS – RACERS ARE REQUIRED TO BRING THEIR OWN WATER RECEPTACLES on course (cups, flasks, tin-horns, etc).

The main lodge at Mansfield Outdoors Centre has washrooms for the race start. On the 25K/50K course, there is a port-a-potty at about 18K in each of the Dufferin County Forest parking areas.

First aid will be supplied by Odyssey Medical, as well as several members of ski patrol on their off-season! We hope you don’t need us, but we’re here if you do!

At the finish line you’ll receive your finisher medal and tasting mug for beer samples. We’ll be working with MOC’s new Pine River Café for great lunch options for pre-order and race day orders!

In the event of rain everything will proceed as planned. A little mud is good for the soul.
